Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email returns@jgisupply.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RA #. Please include your order # and reason for return.
2. Items must be returned to the warehouse from which they came.
3. RA # should be written on the outside of the box. Refund will not be given without the RA #.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are out of the box and have been used or the item had been attempted to be installed.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

Most orders are shipped UPS ground. If an item cannot be shipped UPS it will come by common carrier. Please allow extra time for these orders.

Order Tracking

Tracking will be emailed as soon as the order ships.  

Shipping Rates

Orders shipped UPS will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 per order. For common carrier the rate is $50.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item you ordered is on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. J&G Supply can contact you when the back ordered item is in stock, if requested. At that time another order will have to be placed.
